🐾 Corgi Race Vilnius

Hello again, corgi people 👋 Barker Fetchler here.
Last time, I promised we'd tell you more about June 4th once the plans firmed up. Well – they've firmed up. So here's everything happening on World Corgi Day in Vilnius, and yes, it ends with corgis from all over the planet on a single screen. Grab a treat (yours, not theirs) and read on.

🌍 June 4 · World Corgi Day
Here's the Full Plan
Thursday, June 4 · Vilnius Old Town · Free
A free evening celebration in the heart of the city, presented by Club 4 Paws who will present some fabulous gifts to all corgis and their hoomans. Three things are happening:
🐕 17:30 – The Short March of the Shortest Legs
The very first corgi march of Vilnius starts at the Gate of Dawn (Aušros vartai). Dozens of corgis cover 500 metres to Town Hall Square (Rotušės aikštė) – a short walk for humans, a fully-fledged urban expedition for many corgis.
|
⚡ 18:00 – Main Programme (Town Hall Square)
1v1 sprint duels, the new Run-Return challenge (sprint there, race back – focus matters as much as speed; see how it works), and the Smartest Nose puzzle competition (one minute to sniff out as many treats as possible, all dog breeds can enter, not just corgis).
|
🌐 19:00 – The World Corgi Zoom-ies
We close the day by linking corgi communities around the globe – UK, US, Japan, Australia, Argentina, South Africa, India, Thailand and many more.

🎥 The Grand Finale
Join the World Corgi Club
Here's the plan: every corgi who joins the call appears on camera at the same time – a gallery view of fluffy faces from across the world, all at once. Then a handful of corgi communities from different countries each take a minute to say hello and show off their pack. This inaugural Zoom-ies call launches the World Corgi Club – a new annual gathering connecting corgi communities from every continent.
Friendship, as they say, has no leash length. Whether you're in Vilnius or watching from somewhere far flung, you're invited.
June 4 · 19:00 Vilnius (EEST) · 18:00 Central Europe (CEST) · 17:00 UK (BST) · 13:00 Buenos Aires (ART) · 18:00 South Africa (SAST) · 12:00 New York (EDT) · 09:00 Los Angeles (PDT) · 21:30 India (IST) · 23:00 Thailand (ICT) · June 5 · 01:00 Japan (JST) · 02:00 Sydney (AEST)

🎟️ The Main Event
August 15 – Grab Your Tickets
June 4 is the warm-up. We have many surprises for you this year and we are sure that the fifth Corgi Race Vilnius will be the biggest and the most interesting yet! We already have more than 60 corgis registered and there are still more than two and a half months to go!
The big one is August 15 at Vingis Park. Entering a corgi is free (for one dog and two humans), and spectator tickets are on sale now.
One honest heads-up: ticket prices step up again on July 1. If August is in your plans, now's the cheaper time to lock it in.

Both World Corgi Day and the Corgi Race Vilnius 2026 are presented by Club 4 Paws – a premium pet food brand that actually gets it. They believe pets belong at the centre of things: moving, playing, connecting with their people. Every corgi and hooman at World Corgi Day and Corgi Race Vilnius 2026 will go home with gifts and prizes from them.

P.S. The Heat 1 2023 mystery is still open – our paper-eating dog has not confessed. If you know who actually won that heat, you know where to find us. 🕵️
