2. Kokius duomenis renkame

  • registracijos į renginį duomenys (vardas, el. paštas, telefono numeris, miesto / šalies pavadinimas, šuns vardas ir informacija);

  • komunikacijos duomenys, kai rašote mums el. paštu ar socialiniuose tinkluose;

  • jei sutinkate gauti naujienas – el. pašto adresas naujienlaiškiams;

  • techniniai duomenys, susiję su svetainės lankymu (IP adresas, naršyklės tipas, slapukai ir pan.).

3. Kam naudojame duomenis

  • Renginio registracijai ir organizavimui – sudaryti dalyvių sąrašus, bendrauti dėl laiko, vietos, taisyklių ir pasikeitimų.

    • Teisinis pagrindas: sutarties sudarymas ir vykdymas (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b p.).

  • Būtiniems pranešimams apie renginį – priminimai, pakeitimai, saugumo informacija.

    • Teisinis pagrindas: sutarties vykdymas ir mūsų teisėtas interesas tinkamai administruoti renginius (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. b ir f p.).

  • Naujienlaiškiui ir rinkodarai – siųsti naujienas apie Corgi Race Vilnius, Taksų lenktynes ir kitus mūsų renginius.

    • Teisinis pagrindas: jūsų sutikimas (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. a p.).

  • Teisinių prievolių vykdymui – pvz., finansinė apskaita, jei išrašomos sąskaitos.

    • Teisinis pagrindas: teisinė prievolė (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. c p.).

  • Svetainės saugumui ir statistikai – užtikrinti saugų ir sklandų svetainės veikimą.

    • Teisinis pagrindas: mūsų teisėtas interesas (BDAR 6 str. 1 d. f p.).

4. Kam perduodame duomenis

Jūsų duomenis galime perduoti:

  • svetainės ir hostingo paslaugų teikėjui (platformai, kurioje veikia mūsų svetainė);

  • el. pašto ir naujienlaiškių paslaugų teikėjams (sistemoms, naudojamoms masinei el. pašto siuntai);

  • el. pašto ir debesų paslaugų teikėjams (sistemoms, kuriose saugome ir valdome el. laiškus bei dokumentus);

  • mokėjimų ir apskaitos paslaugų teikėjams, jei atsiranda mokamų paslaugų ar bilietų;

  • teisės aktų reikalaujamoms valstybės institucijoms, kai yra teisinis pagrindas.

Jei duomenys perduodami už Europos ekonominės erdvės ribų, naudojame teisės aktuose numatytas apsaugos priemones (pvz., Europos Komisijos patvirtintas standartines sutarčių sąlygas).

5. Kiek laiko saugome duomenis

  • Registracijos duomenis saugome iki 3 metų po atitinkamo renginio, kad galėtume apginti savo teisinius interesus.

  • Naujienlaiškių duomenis saugome, kol galioja jūsų sutikimas arba kol neužsisakote naujienlaiškio (bet ne ilgiau kaip 3 metus nuo paskutinio aktyvaus veiksmo).

  • Apskaitos dokumentus, jei tokie atsiranda, saugome teisės aktuose nustatytą terminą (paprastai 10 metų).

6. Jūsų teisės

Turite teisę:

  • prašyti susipažinti su savo duomenimis ir gauti jų kopiją;

  • prašyti ištaisyti netikslius duomenis;

  • tam tikrais atvejais – prašyti ištrinti duomenis arba apriboti jų tvarkymą;

  • nesutikti su tvarkymu, kai jis grindžiamas mūsų teisėtu interesu;

  • bet kada atšaukti sutikimą naujienlaiškiui (tai neturės įtakos tvarkymo iki atšaukimo teisėtumui).

  • event registration data (name, email address, phone number, city / country, dog’s name and information about the dog);

  • communication data when you contact us by email or via social media;

  • if you agree to receive news – your email address for newsletters;

  • technical data related to visiting the website (IP address, browser type, cookies, etc.).

    3. How we use the data

    • For event registration and organisation – to create participant lists and to communicate about the time, place, rules and any changes.

      Legal basis: conclusion and performance of a contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

    • For essential event communications – reminders, changes, safety information.

      Legal basis: performance of a contract and our legitimate interest in properly administering the events (GDPR Article 6(1)(b) and (f)).

    • For newsletters and marketing – to send news about Corgi Race Vilnius, Dachshund races and our other events.

    • For compliance with legal obligations – for example, financial accounting if invoices are issued.

      4. Who we share data with
