calling all welsh pembroke and cardigan corgis!
Get ready for a tail-wagging adventure like no other! Join us for a weekend packed with fun races, adorable corgis, and the most creative costumes you have ever seen. Vilnius will transform into the center of corgi universe, and we want every dog lover to be a part of it!
Following the resounding success of our past events, drawing crowds of thousands, we've decided to go even bigger. We're an international affair and we are sending a paw-some invitation to corgi enthusiasts from all across Europe. Our mission? To elevate our corgi-loving community to new heights while spotlighting Vilnius as European Capital of Corgis. Welsh Pembroke and Cardigan corgis, this is your moment to shine!
The 2025 event will unfold in several parts:
First day:
A solo 25-meter sprint to determine which fluffball has the biggest explosive power. First place here earns a ticket straight to the Grand Final of the main race.
A costume contest where the top three contenders will be crowned based on live public voting.
The 50-meter main races, where corgis will be grouped randomly, competing in heats, semis, and the Grand Final.
Second day:
We are still figuring it out. Stay tuned for some big announcements.
Held in the heart of Vingis Park, a venue renowned for hosting iconic gatherings, we're setting up a track near a stadium with 6000 seats, ensuring every spectator has a prime view of the action. Stay tuned to our Instagram and Facebook pages for exciting updates on additional attractions! We are also posting all of our participants on our social media and this year they are competing for the best introduction of themselves, so be sure to check them out!
